Retailers rank Ultimate Technology #1 in Service & Support for second straight year in RIS News Leaderboard Survey

Awarded three of six #1 rankings in POS Systems Category for Delivering Excellence in Retail Technology

September 11, 2007, Rochester, NY – In the second annual RIS News Hardware Leaderboard Survey, Ultimate Technology was ranked #1 by North American retailers in three of six customer satisfaction categories. The 2007 Hardware Leaderboard results were derived from over 200 surveys completed by North American retailers across all retail segments. The intent of the study is to measure customer satisfaction of retail technology providers in six categories – POS Systems, Peripherals, Kiosks, Networking, Back of Store, and RFID. Ultimate Technology was assessed in the POS Systems category and was ranked #1 in Service & Support; #1 in Product Innovation and #1 in Product Reliability.
